Daily food to take to work

Here’s the food I’m taking to work today:

Mid morning snack 11am

Green protein smoothie: spinach, banana, choc protein powder amongst other stuff. 😦

Lunch: 1pm:

Smoked salmon salad: tomatoes, cucumber, chopped nuts, cheese, smoked salmon (can use chicken instead), sultanas, with an olive oil and lemon juice dressing

Afternoon snack 1: 3pm:

Chilli rivita with phillidelphia cheese and smoked salmon on top (x3)

Afternoon snack 2: 430pm:

Cherry tomatoes.

Easy! 🙂 should keep me going for Metafit and a gym session tonight. 🙂
