Nutrition SupplementsThere are so many supplements and weight loss pills on the market, it’s hard to know what you should take.

I take a Centrum multivitamin in the morning, and an Omega 3,6 & 9 pill with Evening Primrose Oil, along with Whey Protein regulary and Creatine occasionally.
