PHASE ZERO: GET READY & LEARN HOW TO EAT SMART

There are three parts to Phase Zero:

1. GET READY & MAKE TIME TO COMMIT
Make sure you are ready to start the Super Lean Regime, and that you have time to commit to it.  To become Super Lean, you need to have time to invest in making changes to improve what and how you eat and at least 30 minutes of exercise, 6 days a week, for 12 weeks.

2. LEARN ABOUT THE SMARTER SCIENCE OF SLIM
Next up, learn about the Smarter Science of Slim by Jonathan Bailor and educate yourself on how to eat healthily, and how to eat more ‘SANEly’

Jonathan has spent the last 10 years collating research together and has come up with what I consider to be a life changing way to eat and live.

In the Smarter Science of Slim, Jonathan suggests that we:

Þ  Eat foods which are rich in Water, Protein and Fibre.
Þ  Eat foods which are ‘SANE’: High in Satiety,
low in Aggression, High in Nutrition, low in Efficiency.
Þ  Eat mainly natural, colourful foods: lean meats, fish, non-starchy veg, low fat dairy, nuts, legumes and selected fruit.
Þ  Avoid starches and sweets, choose to eat high quality foods instead.
