- 1 hour: 7.94 miles (2 Feb 2012)
- 10k: 43:51 (May 11)
- 4.3M (Maxwell Park): 31:19 (1 Feb 12)
- 5.1 miles: 38:17 (13 Jan 12)
- 5k: 21:31 (Apr 11)
- Half Marathon: 1:38:18 (Dec 12)
- Marathon: 3:40:12 (22’C heat – Lochaber Apr 11)
