Quick green smoothie

Here’s what I put in my quick green smoothie today (for two servings): Handful of spinach 5 inches of cucumber (chopped) 400ml coconut milk A yakult 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder 5g bcaas 🙂 Tastes good.
