My Weight Loss Journey

Since I started exercising in June 2008 I’ve lost 23lbs and around 9% body fat.  Now I’ve managed to maintain my weight and keep it around the 122-126lbs mark. 🙂

June 2008: 147lbs, 29.5% body fat

May 2010, 135lbs, 23.5% body fat

May 2011, 124lbs, 20.4% body fat
