7 Super Supplements


Phase three of the Super Lean Nutrition will look into several supplements you can use to take your performance and leanness to the next level.  Supplements can be confusing, and you don’t need to take them, but I’ll recommend some to you and also tell you which ones to avoid.  Here are the supplements I’ll discuss and recommend:

 1: Beta-Alanine

2: Creatine

3: Fibre

4: Fish Oil / Flax Seed Oil

5: Glucosamine and Chondroitin

6: Vitamin and Mineral Supplements

7: Whey Protein

You will follow Phase 1 in the first 4 weeks, Phase 1 and 2 in the second 4 weeks and Phase 1,2 and 3 in the third 4 weeks of the regime. Over the 12 weeks you will also change your eating habits to eat more high quality food as the weeks go on. Make subtle little daily or weekly changes to improve your nutrition so that you can fuel your body to burn fat, build muscle and function optimally.
