Metafit

metafitIf you don’t know what Metafit is, it’s a 20-30 minute bodyweight workout which is designed to make you work flat out and get results.

Metafit is a scientifically proven, results driven, high intensity 30 minute total body workout. Body weight exercises are an effective way to improve balance, flexibility, and strength, so you don’t need any fancy equipment. You can quite literally work your butt off to an awesome workout soundtrack.
