The other day I tried to do some pull ups and failed miserably.
I could blame it on me being a ‘girl with limited upper body strength’ and:
1. Be resigned to the fact that I’ll never be able to do pull-ups, or
2. I could set myself a challenge to workout to train myself to be able to do pull-ups.
As always, I’m up for a challenge, so I thought if get the following workout together. 🙂
It will be my third strength workout of the week, (the other two being super 8s upper and lower), and will hopefully be a good challenge to get me to be more strong and able complete more than just one measly pull up!
