Week 4 of my Super Lean Regime tomorrow and I did a strength workout on Monday morning… Body Shock Power Workout 4 again. 🙂
Tuesday will be a Cardio Interval run in the morning (8 x 30:30) 4.3 miles, then a 3.5 mile run in the evening with Kaizen Runners.
Wednesday Body Shock Power Workout 5 in the morning, then Metafit and Cardio Intervals (8 x 60:60) in the evening.
Thursday will be a 5 mile run in the morning.
Friday rest and fast.
Saturday A short Body Shock Power Workout and Cardio Power Intervals (8 x 30:2 mins).
Sunday 4.5 mile run with Kaizen Runners.
I’ve not managed to fit in as many cardio intervals in the past few weeks, as I’ve been doing other cardio. This week I’ll try and do all three cardio intervals: Speed (Tuesday), 1 min intervals (Wednesday), Power (Saturday).
