Poached Egg and Black Pudding salad

This possibly isn’t the healthiest of meal, but it’s damn tasty! Salad, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced shallot. 3 black puddings, 2 poached eggs, 2 bits of bacon (chopped up). Then some salt and pepper and balsamic vinegar. 🙂
