I tried the ‘S1’ bike session last night, and it was great!
Level 6
20 min warm up – 90 rpm (137 – Z2)
3 mins – 100 rpm (148 -Z3)
2 mins – 110 rpm (158 – Z4)
1 min – 120 rpm (168 – 172 – Z5b)
4 mins spin easy – 80+ rpm
Total – 30 mins, 8.25 miles, 300 calories.
Stayed at level 6 (had planned to reduce it but felt fine to keep it there), really felt it being hard in the last 120 rpm, but managed to stick with it. It was a really good work out. 🙂 Set me up ready for my swim.
And my legs finally feel ok today!!
