I got home after work and fancied a wee cheeky home upper body kettlebell workout. No leg exercises (apart from the sumo squat which felt fine).
11 exercises below, 30 secs work,6 secs rest. 5 circuits = 40 minutes.
11 ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
12kg kettlebell for all exercises apart from the press up (0), sumo squat (24) and the Romanian Deadlift (24).
My hip flexor felt fine. And I sweated lots. 🙂
Garmin training effect of 2.0, so not too intense, but an average heart rate of 66%, max 77%. 🙂 a good wee strength session.
