Swim: 60 miles, 25 hours, (9% of time), ave 2.4mph, 17,000 calories (30 times)
Walked: 250 miles, 90 hours (32% of time), ave 3mph, 29,000 calories
Total: 1930 miles, 285 hours, 171,000 calories
Not bad with April and May off due to injury. 😀
Oh and I’ve been 601 days off the drink… 20 months in the New Year.
