Anyway – here is my throw back Thursday. A photo of me from May 2007 about a year before I started my journey to healthy. 🙂
I was probably about 2 stone heavier than i am now, with an extra 10% body fat: settled down, drinking every weekend and enjoying life.
And another from a month later. My BMI was just above 25 and something needed to change – something(s) in fact!
Over 6 years later and I’ve run over 5,000 miles: 6 marathons, 4 ultra distances, lots of half marathons, 10ks and other distances.
Not to mention the swimming, hiking, spin fit, strength work and walking I’ve done too. 🙂
It just goes to show you how much you can change when you choose to.
( Notice I still haven’t learned to stand lady like with my legs together yet…. 😉 hee hee )
