Barrathon Half Marathon Training Plan

I’ve got together a 20 week half marathon training plan which aims to get you from running around 3 miles at the start, to running 10k in 8 weeks.  Then within 20 weeks it will take you to run the half marathon distance.

Note:  This Excel 20 weekhalf marathon training plan can be used for ANY half marathon you are training for – simply update the Event Date in the cell at the top of the training plan and the dates will all update.  🙂

It might give you some ideas on how to train for the half marathon and might help you to get to run the 13.1 miles around the island!  🙂
