It’s Monday and I am back to the exercise after having 6 days off battling this god awful cold. I still have a bit of a cough, but it’s clearing up so I’m gonig to take things easy this week and get back into it.
The plan for this week is:
Monday: 3 mile cycle in the day, 12-15 mile cycle in the evening with a 5k run in between.
Tuesday: 10k run, Swim Session 2.
Wednesday: 90 minute cycle.
Thursday: Gym – run on treadmill – some weights, basketball.
Friday morning: Swim Session 3.
Saturday: Cycle and Run or swim.
I’ll pick up the weights next week and want to aim to do perhaps 2 sessions a week – Monday and Thursday nights. 🙂
