5 min 30:30 bike intervals
24s BB Deadlift 30kg
1. Ski Jumps
2. KB Clean & Press 12kg (singles)
3. KB Bent Over Row (16kgs)
4. KB Swing 12kg
5 min 30:30 bike intervals
24s BB Snatch
1. Belt Kicks / Sprints
2. BB Shoulder Press
3. BB Straight Legged Deadlift to Row
4. BB Squat
5 min 30:30 bike intervals
24s Deadlift
1. Press ups
2. Quick Squats
I’m including a bit more cardio intervals so it should take me about an hour in total. 🙂
