We’ve been walking a lot on holiday, between around 8-12 miles a day – or 20,000 steps on average…
I’ve been eating a lot too… or at least a lot for breakfast … Pancakes, eggs, more pancakes, maple syrup, fruit, Nutella, and today I had waffles. Yum.
One day (at the start) I had eggs and another day I had a tasty fruit and yoghurt quinoa breakfast, but mostly it’s been sweet pancakes and syrup. You only live once right? 😉
I’m hoping all of this walking will make up for it! We’ll see.
Here’s where we went on Sunday (and I had waffles, a calzone, and ice cream). Through quite a few parks and neighbourhoods.
My marathon training starts when I get back, so I’ll go from no running on holiday, to running and strength training when I’m back.
