First walk run workout planned

That’s me sent my run walk workout to my Garmin 645 for tomorrow morning (Friday).

And lucky me… rain is forecast for when I’ll be out – about 7am ish.

I’ll try about 10 repeats of 1 min walking, 3 minutes running and see how I get on. If there’s any pain or uncomfortableness I’ll walk instead of running, but it’s a start.

It should be about 45 mins or 3 miles-ish – flat around the Clyde. Wish me luck!
