Wk51 into Wk52

Last week I managed to do some good mileage after some good few rest days at the start of the week.

Mon: Rest
Tue: Rest
Wed: 8.4 miles
Thu: 10 miles
Fri: 6.6 miles wi Debbie
Sat: 3.4 miles wi Fit Girl
Sun: Rest

28.4 miles over fours days, and now after just under 6 miles this morning I have 59.2 miles to go to get to 1,000 miles for the year. A few medium length runs and a couple of long runs should do it.

I’m not liking the cold much… but I guess I better get used to it. This morning’s run was stupid and probably should have been done on a treadmill, but hey ho. We got out there and ran to Paisley and back before daylight.

Now here’s the plan for this week:

Mon: 5.9 miles
Tue: 6-8 miles
Wed: 10 miles
Thu: Strength
Fri: 7.5 miles
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest

My weight is up and my sleep is up slightly too, but my weight will hopefully come down and my sleep will hopefully go up a bit more too. My sleep has been better the last few days so we’ll see how it goes.

Maybe I’ll get some nice pics to post again… unlike these from the other morning which were a bit blurry.
