What would you like to see on my blog?

I’ve been writing my blog for about 10 years. It started as a journal of my exercise and weight loss, then turned into a place to receive my training plans and some motivational thoughts about how to be active and be the best you can be.

Then it became a record of my life and my thoughts, my journey through life, not just my fitness journey. In the last few years I’ve used it to deal with some tough times, and to write out my thoughts to help me get through.

But I’ve found that in the last year or so I haven’t had time or maybe even motivation to write on here as much as I’d like to. I’ve received over 700,000 visits to my blog, and have about 900 followers, which can’t be bad.

It’s been great to interact with (and even, so I’m told, inspire!) people. And I have my Facebook page too, which I post to whenever I exercise / train: www.facebook.com/lornpearsontrains

I’ve shared the deepest of things, and down below, I’ll share the pairs that stand out for me most, but my question to you is – what would YOU like me to see me write about?

The highest visits have been to posts for this year have been to a 7 week half marathon plan and a 30 day challenge, posts I write a while ago. Google searches point people to my site.

I tend to write blogs about:

– My weekly progress and goals.
– My quarterly goals and training plans.
– Progress posts / numbers / my weight progress.
– Personal stories that many people seem to relate to (and some don’t, but I tend to put a note on these saying you don’t need to read them if you don’t want to).
– Race reports

But what do you like reading on here? What have I stopped writing that you’d like to see more of? Or what would you like to hear more of from me?
