I don’t really mind that it’s gluten free… I’ll eat anything – gluten free or not, but it had simple ingredients, it was tasty and easy to make.
– 3 eggs
– 300g ground almonds
– 150g blueberries (I put in some more than the recipe)
– 3 bananas
– 1 tsp baking powder
– A squeeze of honey
(I also put in a drizzle of vanilla essence).
