That’s me done my 100 miles running for October – down to the wire on the last day.
I ran around the West End and helped some Irish? tourists at the bottom of Byres road… early morning and they were looking for Crolla’s Ice Cream Shop and they were way off. Running down the Kelvin river was nice.
Mid October I was a bit behind with my monthly miles, but I managed to pull it back to get my goal. The half marathon at the start of the month was a good bonus, then I did 13 runs in total in the month. I must make running every second day roughly going forward.
Here’s my progress in the year so far… just November and December to go, then I’ll be training for the London Marathon in Spring again. I’m going to put a bit of focus on strength training in the Garagym in the meantime.
