13.1 mile route for tomorrow

I’m up early tomorrow to run an easy half marathon, fingers crossed.

Here’s my route for it:

Taken mostly from the Great Scottish Half Marathon route from last year (and hopefully the route it will be this year).

I’ll take my water pack and a few caffeine gels and aim to run easy with my HR around 150.

(Not like this morning when it was up in the high 160s for a 7:14 min mile. This was me after it – yuk!).

Then I’m getting my haircut (even though about 4 people have said it’s nice this week!), and having some fun time on Saturday before visiting some friends and their new baby on Sunday, I’m so looking forward to it!
