I bought my little red in ear Boss headphones back in May 2015, en route to Las Vegas, on a stop off to Philadelphia airport. Sound true in ear earphones.
They’re great earphones, great sound, and I wear them regularly (when I’m not wearing my safer Aftershokz bone conduction headphones for running more safely).
A month or so ago, I noticed a slight issue with the part that plugs into the headphone jack socket. The wire was coming away a bit and was bare.
I contacted Bose EU customer service and once they confirmed they were in warranty, they offered and exchange, free of charge. All in all it toon just over a week for them to sort it.
They arrived today, with a full new warranty with them too. 🙂 Brilliant customer service from Bose.
(I’m still waiting for my exchange of my new Garmin 735xt from Sweat Shop… their customer service has been very slow and painful… but I should get it soon).
