Last week I seemed to be a bit hungry by the end of the day, so I’m going to try to eat more at work.
Here’s what I’ve prepped for today:
– Breakfast was homemade porridge with berries, walnuts and a bit of Apple. (I’ve made another two portions for Tuesday and Wednesday).
Then for today, a bit of a red theme:
– Granola, Greek yoghurt, berries & pine nuts.
– a small quiche and cherry tomatoes (I might get soup for lunch too). – an apple with peanut butter
– red pepper
– (and I’ve made a bagel with peanut butter and Nutella as I’ll be at work late)
