Run 10k in 4 weeks

My new client in coaching wanted a training plan to do a 10k in 4 weeks. So here it is below, nice and simple.

She was previously an experienced runner, but had let running fall by the wayside.

So this is a starter off plan to get her back up and running a 10k in 4 weeks time:

0

(HR guidance above is an estimate based on a 40-50 year old / 3 is easy, on a scale of 1-5 when 1 is really easy, 5 is really hard, 3 is comfortable).

Note: this plan is not the best for a beginner – go here for a beginner plan: https://lornpearsontrains.co.uk/2014/03/05/10-week-beginner-plan-0-to-5k-to-10k/
