I’ve been feeling a bit strange recently, very intermittently feeling a bit woozy or dizzy, sometimes feeling nauseous out of no where. Then feeling perfectly fine the next day. It’s all very odd.
It might be low blood pressure, it might be something else, but whatever it is I’m keen to get it to…
So this weekend I decided I would use sleep as a cure. When you’re sleeping your body repairs, recovers, fixes itself. So last night I got a good sleep, nearly 10.5 hours sleep.
Then a wee nap on Saturday afternoon whilst the works turned dark. Rock n roll (but I don’t care). 🙂 Plenty water and good good too.
I wonder how many hours sleep I’ll get tonight / tomorrow?! Pleased to say I’m feeling better already.
