It’s just under 5 weeks to my holidays… and in wanting to get a focus on my strength work and running to be more consistent.
I have 11 hypertrophy strength workouts to do (see below), 2-3 a week (Mon, Wed, Fri/Sun) and 3 runs a week (Tue, Thu, Sat.)
I wonder if I’ll be able to do 11 strength workouts in the 5 weeks before I go? And I wonder how much I’ll end up being able to lift?
