Good food = £

Each week we do a food shop and the amount I spend always comes out at least double as much as what Fit Girl spends.

But here’s why:
Nuts
Berries

Chilled Coffee
Veg

Cottage Cheese
Seeds
Avocado
Bananas
Meat

Plenty good fats, energy, fruit and caffeine there. Lol.

All stuff I eat / drink that she doesn’t – which means more £££ for me. Wouldn’t have it any other way. 🙂
