I admit it. I’m sad, but I HAVE to run 2.87 miles today, the last day of 2014 to give me a good round number for miles run in 2014.
The DOMS from Monday Metafit and Squat Strength, plus Tuesday 10.1 mile run have well and truly set in, but I HAVE to run 2.87 miles (probably in the rain), on Hogmanay. Here goes. 1010 miles for 2014, here I come.
