I saw this on the telly the other night and thought I’d give it a go:
You take one Christmas pudding (I got a 454g one from M&S)… cook it as described on the instructions…
Then you mix it in with about 800ml or about 10 scoops of mostly melted vanilla ice cream.
(I took the ice cream from a 2 litre tub of ice cream, and mixed the ice cream and crumbled Christmas pudding together in a used / empty 900ml ice cream tub).
Then you put it in the freezer to re freeze, ready for Christmas Day.
The only issue I might have is the amount of alcohol … hiccup … Brandy, Cognac, Port and Stout … in it.
I might need a lie down after it. 😉
