Right then. My annoying cough is easing off and I felt fine after my hour workout in the gym on Saturday, so this week I’m going to ease back into it. My legs (and body in fact) are still a little sore from Saturday (and I need to prep my food for the week) so no exercise this Monday morning, but I’ll run after work (around 4 miles).
I’ve arranged a run with a Fit Girl just after 6 tonight so that will make me leave. Work on time!
Here’s the plan for the rest of the week, 4 weeks until our holiday:
4 – 1/9 – Ed on Tues, Inv on Sat
Mon: PM: 4M Run wi Fit Girl
Tue: Rest (Edinburgh)
Wed: 5M Run weigh Gill PM Strength (fully body)
Fri: AM 6M Run / Travel
Sat: Inverness / Hen night
I want to try and get at least one of everything in and get a few runs with others.
