Banana berry breakfast

A variation on my usual berry breakfast, this time it’s got a frozen banana mixed with full fat Greek yoghurt as a topping:

Put the following in a bowl:
– 80g strawberries
– 60g raspberries
– 40g blueberries

Whizz the following together:
– 1 chopped up frozen banana.
– 70g My Protein Total Breakfast (optional)
– 70g full fat Greek yoghurt

Layer up the Greek yoghurt mix on top of the berries and,
– crumble one thick oatcake over it.

Tasty, nutritious and very filling! Yum.
