Here’s a recipe for some tasty protein peanut butter bites I came across:
1 banana
40g peanut butter
60g oats
30g raisins
60g choc smooth protein powder
1. Mash up the banana and add the peanut butter to it.
2. Heat in microwave until easily mixed (30 secs).
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Put flat into cake tin (or roll into balls) and put in fridge for an hour. 5. If put into cake tin, cut into small pieces.
