In the book above, he provides 77 good habits to get into across areas of your life including Work, Success, Sleep, Learning and Health.
And his 23 anti procrastination book at the top of this post is good too. 🙂 I now use Most Important Tasks daily at work and use a Pomodoro timer app at work to focus and avoid distraction. It’s amazing how a little focus can help you get LOADS done and give you great feelings of accomplishment!
