Live tracking of my marathon

Tomorrow I’m going to attempt the Garmin live tracking using my Garmin 620 and phone.

I’ll set it up before I go and share the link so you can follow my progress if you want.

So you know, my plan is to run with my hr around 150 (80% max) until mile 23 or 24, and depending on how I feel, I’ll let go for the last 2.2 miles. 🙂

Fingers crossed it all works out. 🙂
