I just added ‘nap’ to my sleep record. 😉
And I had a nice wee well needed and well earned nap this afternoon after 3.5M run and successful Open Day at BBC. 🙂
Now, here’s my list of things I need to do before I fly to Belfast tomorrow (Sunday), ahead of the Belfast marathon on Monday;
1. Pack bag, remember trainers, gear, gels, chargers, water pack and pro plus(!)
2. Cut toe nails.
3. Make a 4 hour long playlist.
4. Look out my passport, flight looking, hotel booking (and check in if possible).
5. Charge and remember all of my gadgets (Fuelband, iPod, iPhone, iPad, Garmin, HRM and brain).
That should do I think. I don’t think I’ve forgotten anything. 🙂
Weather looks ok for Monday I think, a little windy, and rain later on, but looks ok in the morning, fingers crossed.
Eeeeek it’s getting very real. 🙂
