Bought a wee audiobook last night

For my trip to Edinburgh I bought and downloaded myself a wee audiobook for my travels:

Stop negative thinking: how to stop worrying, relieve stress and become a happy person.

I’m happy and positive in most cases, but just in case this can help (me or others) I thought i’d give it a listen. 🙂

Listening to the American man reading it now

The crux of it is: let your negative thought happen, but don’t worry about them or let them stress you.

Don’t believe in them, flip to another reality, the opposite of your negative thoughts and believe in the opposite.
