More painful than not running?

It’s now 5 days since I last run. I’m being sensible and although the pain has cleared up, I’m going to take about another 4-5 days off running.

I think it was a slight hip flexor or groin strain which (I think!) has cleared up with rest. Thankfully! Best to be careful anyway if I want to recover and still train for and do the marathon.

But do you know what is worse than not running?

BEING BEATEN BY MY BROTHER AND SISTER ON NIKE FUEL!!

Here you can see my activity levels dropped since I stopped running.

I would like to add that overall I am winning though – 3.5 million points. (Plus my marathon day below).

Ewen and Beth – there’s no way you’re catching me!!

I wonder what made me so competitive with my siblings?! (Perhaps being the littlest and being bullied by my elders!)
