Here’s what I did:
Mon: 16M run before work
Wed: 5.4M run coaching (PM)
Thu: 5M very easy run (PM)
Fri: 8.7M run before work
Sat: Rest Day
Sun: Coaching and Swim Teaching
This week is going to be a bit different. I’m giving blood on Monday morning so rest needs to be around that. Here’s the plan:
Mon: Rest / Give Blood
Wed: 5M run
Thu: Swim / massage
Fri: 17M long run with the girls
Sat: Rest / Inverness?
Sun: 4M run wi Fit Girl
The other day, after a lot of deliberation, I decided I’d buy myself the new Garmin 620. I was originally put off by the colours (and the fact I don’t really NEED one), but I must take after my Dad with his love of gadgets, and I bought the white and orange one the other day. I should receive it early next week. 🙂
She’s the one who asked me if I’d take her beginner running coaching group for 10 weeks from April. We did a recce run on Thursday night and I’m looking forward to the sessions which will start on 9th April, all going well.
Finally, it’s been 12 weeks since I started my strength training (and stopped doing it in the last 4 weeks). I did three very distinct different ways of training and eating, and I’m going to review all three soon. So look out for that. 🙂
