Here’s what you do (serves 2):
– Get 6-8 Brussel sprouts per person.
– Cross cut the bottom of them, and partially cook them (I cooked them in the microwave for 4:45).
– Shallow fry 3 slices of bacon (cut up into long small bits) in some extra virgin olive oil.
– Add the Brussel sprouts, some pine nuts and a dollop of HP Brown sauce.
– Add some mixed nuts and cook for a few minutes, then serve up.
