Day 3 food: med carb day

This morning I ran 4 miles and did 20 minutes of strength, so I’m aiming for a medium carb day.

Here’s what I’ve had, possibly not enough carbs:

Pre workout
Banana, and two tablespoons Greek yoghurt

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes and blueberries.
Mocha protein shake with 20g of oats
Latte
Water

Late Lunch

Tomato and mozzarella salad
Chicken and chorizo risotto
8 chocolate cover coffee beans
Celebrations tiny mars bar!
Soda water

Dinner
I’ll probably have a small portion of chicken curry I think.
Plenty of water and probably a green tea.
