What? No eggs?!

No eggs this morning for me. On my run days I’m going to have porridge and berries for breakfast, post run.

Or in this case:

3 scoops oats
2 scoops Greek yoghurt
Milk
Blueberries
Half a banana
Flaked almonds
Cinnamon!

Yum

Here’s the plan for my food today:

Greek yoghurt and half banana
(Pre 5M run)

Chilled double expresso coffee
(Post run)

Water

Breakfast
Porridge, as above.
Americano

Snack
Mocha protein shake

Lunch
Chicken box
Grapes

Snack
3 oat cakes with peanut butter

Snack
Berries and nuts and raisins maybe.

Dinner
Chinese takeaway / meal out.

(water throughout the day).
