I eat like…

I eat like a runner: I eat what I like, because I can. I eat for health, exercise, recovery and reward. Food for fuel and food for pleasure!

I’ve been brought up to think ‘everything in moderation’ and I know that diets are bad (and they don’t work!) I tend not to restrict what I eat, instead I aim to eat healthily and improve what I eat as time goes on.

Life is for living and having fun. And if you’re restricting what you consume, or if you’re dieting, you’re limiting that. Make healthier choices each day, week or month, and make a habit of being fit and healthy.

Live your life and get the most out of it. Aim to learn and improve in everything you do, and aim to be the best you can be. (It works for me!) 🙂
