I got about 9 well needed hours if sleep last night. Good stuff.
My legs were sore from weight training and I was tired after work, so had an early night and a rest this morning. With my new Lumie light putting me to sleep and waking me up.
I did wake up at 4am naturally, after my usual 7hrs of sleep, but soon got back to sleep.
Now this we I’m going to aim to get between 7-9 hours sleep. And I’m going to try to eat more too so I don’t crave the sugary snacks in the evening too.
