Food prep Sunday

Back to work tomorrow and I’ve spent about an hour prepping my food for some if the week today.

Chocolate / coffee milkshake will be made (with coconut milk) in the morning for my mid morning snack.

Lunch will be a chicken salad bowl: cucumber, tomato, chicken, flaked almonds, cheese, salt, pepper, goji berries and I’ll drizzle extra virgin olive oil on it each day before I take it to work.

Snack of smoked salmon and philly cheese.

And another’s back of coconut chunks. 🙂

And maybe a Greek yoghurt and porridge oats (plus berries and Pine nuts which I’ll add tomorrow) if I’m still hungry!!
