Here’s a 48 min strength session I got Super Fit Bit to do tonight.
Hard work from her and increases in weights on the deadlift and bent over row, she is progressing well.
This is her 3rd strength session with these weights and she’s doing well with them. She’s just started training for the London Marathon and I’m here to help her. I’m enjoying working with her.
She’s currently doing: One strength session a week, three runs and 2-3 rest days a week for her.
