I’ve been doing a wee test to see how many hours of sleep I naturally need … Week off = No alarm.
Last night I was asleep for 2230 and I woke naturally at 730. I make that 9 hours sleep… each night it’s been about 9 hours. I usually get between 7-8 hours so I’m maybe missing out on one or two. Sleep is important…
So … if I were to get up at 6am to work out before work from next week onwards, I should be asleep by 9pm for 9 hours sleep (Winding down by 8pm).
Not sure if I can do that, but perhaps I should give it a go. It might mean that I end up doing better at work and at play. 🙂 If I can’t get 9hrs then I’ll aim for at least 8.
